The Pellessier building and the adjoining Wiltern Theatre are more commonly know as just "The Wiltern". This is a 12-story, 155-foot (47meter) tall historic Art Deco landmark building at the corner of Wilshire Blvd and Western Ave.

The Wiltern is easily accessible for events from LA Metro D (Purple) line subway station across the street on the on the north east side of the intersection. Additionally several LA Metro bus lines have stops at Wilshire & Western.
